Service delivery policy

Rides

• A ride is delivered when the driver picks you up and drops you at your destination in the app.
• After you book, we match you with a nearby driver, usually within a few minutes. The app shows the driver's name, vehicle, number plate and arrival time.
• For rides booked for later, we start looking for a driver about 15 minutes before the pickup time.
• If no driver accepts, the ride ends without any charge.

Parcels

• Parcel delivery is available within Indore city only, by bike, on the same day.
• The rider collects the parcel at pickup and hands it over at the drop-off address. You can follow it live in the app.
• Don't send cash, jewellery, illegal items, weapons, alcohol, drugs, or anything dangerous, perishable or heavier than one person can carry on a bike.
