In the RYDU or RYDU Driver app, open Help to raise a ticket about a specific ride. That's the fastest way, because it includes the ride details.

Grievance officer

For complaints about your personal data or about a ride that support hasn't resolved, write to our grievance officer, Jayesh Sharma, at jayesh.work011@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

Call 112 first. During a ride you can also use SOS in the app.
